Are your essentials pure?

We only stock essential oils that are pure and natural, direct from the source. Browse through our essential oils to find out where yours is sourced.

Do you use synthetic ingredients?

No, we don’t use any synthetic ingredients in any of our products. Every ingredient is carefully chosen from trusted sources around the world. It is of utmost importance to us to only use pure and natural ingredients in our products.

Where can I find a list of your ingredients?

Each product has its own dedicated ingredients section on the page, here you can see the benefits each ingredient holds. 

How do I store my essential oils safely?

To preserve your essential oil as best as possible, we recommend storing your oil in a cool and dry place that is out of direct sunlight.

Always keep out of reach of children.

By keeping your essential oils out of direct sunlight, you are not exposing them to UV rays that can cause changes in the chemical composition of the oil.

If however, you forget to store them properly, be content knowing your oil is bottled in our Ultraviolet glass bottles that blocks harmful UV rays. 

We also highly recommend closing the lid tightly after each use to prevent any oxidisation to your oil.

Taking these steps will drastically prolong the life and potency of your precious investment.

What is the shelf life on your products?

Our products have at least 6 months shelf life after opening. Essential oils may last longer, some last many years.

An expiry date is written on the label of all of our products. Please check the expiry date if unsure.

Depending on how you store your product, it may last longer.

Where are your ingredients sourced from?

We source our ingredients from all around the world. These are carefully picked, and conform to our high standards.

Are your essentials safe to injest?

Although our essential oils are completely safe to use externally, we don’t advise adding them into your food. Our oils haven’t been tested to be sure they are safe for consumption so doing so is at your own risk. 

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we have eGift cards available. You can purchase quantities from $50 to $200 here

eGift cards are instantly sent via email. Please note, they are not physical cards.

What is aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy is an ancient, holistic healing technique that uses essential oils and other aromatic plant compounds to promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Essential oils have been used for over 5000 years in traditional healing practices.

Aromatherapy can be used in a variety of ways, such as through inhalation, massage, or bath products. When inhaled, the molecules from the essential oils are absorbed into the bloodstream through the lungs and can have a direct impact on the brain and nervous system. When applied topically, essential oils are absorbed through the skin, which has amazing benefits on the body.

We recommend using our essential oils in a few ways;

  • Topical self-application

My order was damaged. What do I do?

If, unfortunately your order was damaged in shipping, please send us details of your order and any photos of your delivery to info@lalashambala.com and our team will be on hand to help organise a replacement.
