Refund and Returns Policy
Refunds, exchanges and credit.
To be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit, products must be in a brand-new condition with proof of purchase.
We only approve such requests within 14-days of purchase.
We do not offer a refund, exchange or credit simply for “change of mind”.
We only consider this when goods are faulty.
Please contact us at info@lalashambala.com for pre-approval and we will send you instructions on how to return your purchase back to us once approved.
Note, we cannot send any exchanges to you until we have received your original purchase and have assessed any faults.
Damage in transit
All of our shipments are quality inspected and checked when your order is packed. From time-to-time, couriers may mishandle our shipments. If this is the case, you need to contact your courier and send any relevant photos. Lala Shambala is not responsible for any damage once it has left us.
eGift cards
All eGift card purchases are final and any change of mind will not be refunded. Any purchases made with an eGift card cannot be refunded unless goods are faulty. We reserve the right to offer credit ONLY.
eGift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable to any other person. All gift cards have a 2-year expiry date and must be redeemed by the expiry date. We cannot be held liable if your eGift card code is stolen, and a replacement code cannot be generated. We also reserve the right to refuse payment with a gift card that has expired.
