Shipping

We offer complimentary carbon-neutral shipping on each purchase via standard post. You can opt for Express Post at a cost (See table below).

We currently only ship within Australia.

Orders made before 11am (Monday-Friday) are generally packed and shipped on the same day of purchase. See below table for estimated delivery time frames. Please note, these are estimates only and are subject to change, especially during busy periods (public holidays/Christmas).

Some of our products are classified as Class 3 Flammable Liquids for transportation purposes (Single-note essential oils & blended essential oils). These are labelled on their respective product pages within the “Notice” section.

If your order contains any of these products, your package will be classified as carrying Dangerous Goods and can only be shipped by road.

Note: If you have Dangerous Goods in your basket, you will be notified before purchasing and there will be no Express Post option at checkout.

Our products are shipped from Melbourne. Please see the table for our estimated shipping times.

Once we dispatch your order, you will receive a tracking number via email, accompanied by a link to view your shipment. 

We reserve the right to amend our shipping terms without notice.
