How to use Spiritual Garden
- Add 8 drops to around 200ml of water in your diffuser
- Set an intention for meditation, and with closed eyes, enjoy the blissful aromas of the spiritual garden.
Spiritual Garden Essential Oil Blend is best diffused once the sun has set, and throughout the evening. It also works wonders during sunrise meditation.
Take it further
Add 6 drops per 10ml Argan Oil and apply topically to your wrists before bed and upon waking. This will help to prepare you for sunrise meditation.
