Are your essential oils pure?
All essential oils in our collection are pure and natural, sourced directly from their places of origin. This extends to our base oils and all essential oils used throughout our entire range of products.

Where can I find a list of your ingredients?
Each product has a dedicated ingredients section on its respective page, where you can also explore the benefits of each ingredient.
How do I store my essential oils safely?
To preserve your essential oil as best as possible, we recommend storing your oil in a cool, dry place away direct sunlight.
Always keep them out of reach of children.
Exposure to UV rays can affect the chemical composition of essential oil, so keeping them away from sunlight is advised.
We also advise closing the lid tightly after each use to prevent oxidation.
Following these steps will significantly extend the life and potency of your essential oils.
What is the shelf life on your products?
Our products have a minimum shelf life of six months after opening, though pure essential oils may last many years.
An expiry date is clearly marked on the label of each product. If you are unsure, please check this date.
Proper storage can also extend the lifespan of your product.
Where are your ingredients sourced from?
We source our ingredients from around the world, choosing only the best locations for each and every ingredient. This ensures they meet our high standards of quality.
Are your essential oils safe to ingest?
While our essential oils are safe for external use, we do not recommend ingesting them. Our oils have not been tested for consumption, so any such use is at your own risk.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we offer eGift cards in denominations of $50, $100 and $200. You can purchase them here.
Please note that eGift cards are digital and have an expiry date of one year from the date of purchase.
