At Lala Shambala, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. We offer a 30-day “Love it or Return It” guarantee and a 60-day Quality Promise on all products.
30-Day Love It or Return It Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in a reasonable condition and not fully used

Only one “Love it or Return It” return request is permitted per customer

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
We reserve the right to refuse returns where we believe this policy is being misused.
60-Day Quality Promise
If your product is faulty or defective, you may request a refund or exchange within 60 days of delivery.
All quality-related claims will be assessed once the product has been returned. This promise applies only to manufacturing or quality faults and does not cover general change of mind outside the 30-day "Love it or return it" period.
Return Process
Please contact us at info@lalashambala.com.au for pre-approval before returning any item. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your purchase.
Exchanges cannot be issued until the original item has been received and assessed.
Unless a product is confirmed to be faulty, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Damage in Transit
All orders are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. Once an order has left our facility, responsibility for transit lies with the courier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact your courier directly and retain any relevant photos or documentation. Lala Shambala is not responsible for damage caused during transit.
eGift Cards

All eGift card purchases are final and non-refundable

Purchases made with an eGift card cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty

Where applicable, store credit may be offered at our discretion

eGift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person

All eGift cards have a 2-year expiry date and must be redeemed before expiry

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift card codes, and replacement codes cannot be issued

We reserve the right to refuse payment using an expired gift card
