Sweet Almond oil (Prunus amygdalus),
Lavender pure essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia),
Pink Grapefruit pure essential oil (Citrus paradisi),
Sandalwood pure essential oil (Santalum album),
Frankincense pure essential oil (Boswellia serrata),
Sweet Orange pure essential oil (Citrus × sinensis),
Ylang Ylang pure essential oil (Cananga odorata).
Recommended use

Best used before meditation or yoga practice.

  1. Apply 3-4 rotations to your pulse points, focusing on the wrists or neck for best results.
  2. On the wrists, rub both together and inhale deeply for a count of 4.
  3. On the neck, massage gently into the skin and allow the aromatics to absorb.
