How to use

For use when you’re feeling congested or suffering from a cold or allergies.

  1. Apply 3-4 rotations to your pulse points, focusing on the wrists or neck for best results.
  2. On the wrists, rub both together and inhale deeply for a count of 4.
  3. On the neck, massage gently into the skin and allow the aromatics to absorb.
  4. Apply when needed throughout the day
