  1. Add 6-8 drops to around 200ml of water in your diffuser
  2. Rest in the calming floral scent of Pure French lavender
  3. Wind down for an early night

Take it further

Help to ease menstrual pain by adding 6 drops of Lavender Essential Oil to 10ml Fractionated Coconut oil and softly massage onto pelvic area. This blend results in a safe 3% dilution.
