  1. Inhale directly from the bottle or from a tissue with a few drops added
  2. Benefit from the natural menthol to ease nausea

To use as a mood-enhancer, 6-8 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil can also be added to 200ml of water in your essential oil diffuser.
