How to use

Best used before meditation.

  1. Apply 3-4 rotations to your pulse points, focusing on the wrists or neck for best results.
  2. On the wrists, rub both together and inhale deeply for a count of 4.
  3. On the neck, massage gently into the skin and allow the aromatics to absorb.
  4. Set an intention for meditation, and with closed eyes, find your sacred space within.
